[Q] When is the best time to do a Feng Shui consultation?
[A] ANYTIME! And there are a lot of times in your life when it may be especially beneficial.
For example, if you’re in the market to buy or sell a property, look to Feng Shui. As a licensed realtor, I can also assist you in your house search. With my full access to the Arizona MLS database, I can help organize your property showings with the principles of Feng Shui in mind. If you are already working with an agent, I can accompany you to your showings to assess the external landforms and internal space. On the other end of the spectrum, I know selling your home can be both an exciting and daunting time. Careful application of the principles of Feng Shui can help you attract potential buyers, save you time, money, and help avoid useless effort and sell your house the easy way.
If you are looking to renovate your house, that’s another great time to implement Feng Shui. In Classical Feng Shui, we generally observe the birth chart of the house when it is first constructed. Any major renovations done to the property thereafter will establish a “new” birth chart with a different set of energy. I can work with architects and interior designers to ensure your newly renovated space is aligned with the principles of Feng Shui.
Or say you’re “in construction” on a new house. Applying the principles of Feng Shui at this stage makes sure your home will be designed specifically to your astrological and energy charts. It is also a good idea to find out where the weak and strong Qi zones are in your new construction during the drawing phase or as soon as possible. [Q] Is there a difference between an Essential Feng Shui® and Classical Feng Shui consultation?
[A] Yes. Although both systems focus on the study of Qi flow, Classical Feng Shui offers a deeper and more in depth analysis of your space and environment by taking into consideration the external landforms, your house and personal birth charts, as well as mapping a precise calculation of Qi flow within your space. [Q] How do I schedule a consultation and do I need to prepare for it ahead of time?
[A] If you are interested in scheduling an appointment, contact Feng Shui by Jen®. Depending on the service you are requesting, we may ask you to provide certain information such as your birth date, the property’s construction date, your physical move-in date, a copy of the property’s blueprint or floor plan, and other relevant information. We’ll give you specific instructions when your appointment is confirmed. And of course, we’ll keep everything 100% confidential.
[Q] How much will the consultation cost?
[A] While there is a base fee for each service type, we determine fees on a case-by-case basis. Every client is unique, and no two properties and constructions are alike. I take into consideration your personal needs and goals, the total surface space of your property, and what challenges and concerns we’ll need to address.
[Q] Can I purchase additional services separately?
[A] Yes. Feng Shui by Jen® offers individual services that can be purchased separately. For example, you can purchase a BaZi chart reading alone without a Feng Shui assessment. BaZi is a sophisticated system of Chinese Metaphysics and is often used in tandem with Classical Feng Shui. Click here to learn more about BaZi.
[Q] I live out of state. Do you offer remote consultation and how does it work?
[A] Yes, we can do most services remotely. To learn more, click here.
[Q] How long will a consultation visit take?
[A] It depends on the service. Most consultations for a typical single-family house with less than 2,500 sq. ft. will take approximately two hours. A full BaZi reading is 60 minutes. A Classical Feng Shui physical site visit lasts between one to two hours, but the full written report can take up to five business days.
[Q] Do you offer gift certificates?
[A] Yes! The gift of Feng Shui is unique and long lasting. A consultation makes a wonderful birthday/wedding/anniversary/holiday gifts to friends, family members, and loved ones. They also make great gifts for new home owners and people on the market to buy or sell real estate. Contact us if you are interested in purchasing a gift certificate.
[Q] How do you accept payments?
[A] All payments are due when service is rendered. I currently accept two forms of payments: personal check or on PayPal.
[Q] What if I have questions after my consultation?
[A] I am committed to your success! You can contact me if you have any follow-up questions or concerns at no charge. Additional fees may apply if I am required to return to the property.
[Q] Is my information kept confidential?
[A] Absolutely! I recognize and appreciate that being invited to your space is an honor and a privilege. All your personal information is kept in the strictest confidence with respect for your privacy.
