What to expect:
    • Intention setting and journaling for the Spring Season 2025.
    • Learn the Chinese Five Elements for the Spring Season (Wood), the Body (Chinese Medicine), and Destiny (flow with the energy based on your Chinese Birth Chart “BaZi”).
    • Gentle yoga stretches and movement, emphasizing the theme of the Wood Season, including simple breath work and meditation.
    • 2-Hour Open House (come and go as you please) at Silver & Sage Jewelry featuring new Spring collections.
